I need someone to repair my side exterior door. The bottom threshold needs to be sanded down so the door closes easier and the door jam needs to be built out so that it will make contact with the door latch. I also need someone to be able to attach the deadbolt to the door as well as cut out a hole in the door jam for the deadbolt to latch. Deadbolt is already at the house.
