Nature's Best Nursery is located in Nolensville, TN. We are one of the largest producers of annual and perennial flowers in middle Tennessee. We grow trees, shrubs, herbs, vegetables, ground covers, grasses, houseplants, and more. We provide all of this and more to the public through our retail store as well as our wholesale department. We also have a design/build division that offers services all around the Nashville and middle TN area. Horticultural experience is ideal; however, if you do not have the experience, we will bring you in on the ground floor and train you. The main qualifications for are having or being willing to learn and gain a basic understanding of greenhouse operations, having a strong work ethic, and consistently exhibiting the ability to work well with others and provide our customers with exceptional products and services. Tasks will include watering, fertilizing, weeding, working the planting line during planting seasons, propagating, loading/unloading plant material, assisting wholesale/retail customers, and general greenhouse work. Positions will require some weekend hours and overtime during the planting seasons. The physical requirements include long periods of standing, bending, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and the ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions. A valid drivers license and the ability to pass a criminal background check is required. We are also currently looking for landscape laborers. Outside of landscape installations, we also do lighting, irrigation, hardscapes, water features, pergolas, and more. Experience, again, is preferred, but not necessary. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is dependable and willing to learn. Pay for all positions is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
