HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS Southern Land Company’s Grading & Utility Division seeks experienced heavy equipment operators. All work is onsite in Franklin (Westhaven subdivision) or at new development site in Nolensville. • Dozer Operator (3 to 5 years experience) • Articulating Truck Driver (2 years experience) • Compactor Operator (trainee or 1 year experience) • Utility Experience (wet and dry utilities) • Additional open roles listed in attached flyer!
