We are currently recruiting for Shotcrete Nozzleman Crew Lead. The Shotcrete Nozzleman is the key person in a shotcrete operation and is responsible for applying the shotcrete and for bringing it to the required line and grade in a workmanlike manner. Shotcrete Nozzlemen will be responsible to: - Apply the shotcrete mixture that is delivered to the shotcrete rig hopper at high velocity through a 2-inch hose to the pool creating the shell. - Assist in setting up tarps and prepping the area to allow for a safe and clean installation preventing overspray of house, fence, and property. - Make proper repairs as necessary and immediately reports any deficiencies which may present safety or quality concerns to the supervisor. - Safely operates power equipment and hand tools while performing all duties in conformance to appropriate safety standards and established guidelines. - Ensure all areas to receive shotcrete are clean, sound, and free of loose materials, and that anchors, reinforcement, and rebar structure are properly placed and blocked for proper clearance meeting our standard steel specifications. We are seeking someone with: - Certificate from either the ACI or ASA as a Shotcrete Nozzleman preferred - Experience with line-hydraulic pumps - 3+ years experience working in working the nozzle or shotcrete on swimming pools - Must pass pre-employment drug screens & background checks, including MVR. - Bilingual is a plus
