I am a home-owner planning to GC a remodel of my primary residence. I have construction experience, but don't do it professionally. I am looking for subcontractors in the following trades: - foundation/concrete/masonry - rough carpentry & framing. - electrical & plumbing - exterior cladding - Hardie/Azek - interior/finish carpentry - drywall Must carry insurance.
