Looking for a full time Nanny

I'm looking for a full time nanny between the hours of 8am-5pm M-F. We prefer a nanny that speaks Spanish and has their own transportation, but is negotiable. I have a 19 month old baby who is energetic and very sweet. He understands Spanish very well along with English. He has a very steady routine and naps from about 12-2:30. We live relatively close to the Vienna metro. We are looking for someone to start relatively soon. Thank you.
