Lynch Landscaping Inc. is hiring for a hardscape installation laborer and Property Care Laborer. Hardscape Division: This person will work with their crew leader to build hardscape projects, such as patios, walkways, fire pits, retaining walls, lawn installations, and more! Property Care Division: This person will work with their crew leader to maintain customers' properties including mowing, weed whacking, pruning, flowerbed maintenance, and more! Requirements: Valid Driver’s License Willing to work hard for long hours and occasionally on Saturdays Tobacco-Free/or be able to be tobacco-free for the workday. Willingness to learn Follow safety standards Work in a crew/team as well as independently Good customer service skills Must be able to take direction and be flexible Work at a fast pace Trustworthy Ability to do physical labor such as picking up pavers, poly sand bags, and other materials. Job Expectations and Pay: Starting pay is $16+ an hour depending on experience. These are ten-hour days, Monday through Friday (possibly an occasional Saturday), which means a good amount of overtime pay. The season wraps up in November after fall clean-up services. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $850.00 - $950.00 per week
