2 y/o German Shepherd needs new home!

*Looking to rehome* This is Scout, he is 2 years old in September. He is half German shepherd and half Belgian malinois. Scout is extremely athletic and loves to play all day everyday. He is extremely clingy and loves constant snuggles and pets. Expect to constantly pet him or throw his ball for him or give him attention. Scout gets overstimulated and excited very quickly and turns his ears off. He is leash trained but needs work. He will tug but not terribly bad and will door bolt after getting his leash on. Once on the walk he levels out. Scout will counter surf and is very opportunistic for food. He gets along with other dogs well and has only chased a cat once, but never barked or growled. We think he wanted to play with it. It’s best he goes to a home without cats until you know better. Scout is potty trained fully and hasn’t chewed anything up in over a year. He is fully crate trained also. He knows the Sit command, but needs more obedience training. Scout is extremely sweet and affectionate. He needs a family that either owns their home or rents a house with a fenced backyard and has permission to have a dog. Ideally the perfect suitor would be someone with acreage and or someone who would walk scout Atleast once a day. Please no apartment living. This is a highly athletic dog breed that loves to be busy. Only reason why we are rehoming him as we can’t give him the time and commitment he needs with our family growing and school. Scout is fully updated on all vaccinations and is fixed. No papers.
