FITNESS INSTRUCTOR WANTED NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN SAN PEDRO, TORRANCE AREA Fitness Trainer or Exercise Coach Needed and you do NOT need to have any certifications. I would like someone to come to my house at least once per week to start and could increase to several times per week. Please let me know what areas you think you can assist me with in fitness. I’m located in San Pedro which is near Long Beach so you may want to be in the Torrance, South Bay area to make it more convenient for you. I really just need someone to exercise with. If I’m paying someone and they are coming over in the morning that will motivate me to exercise. I'm available: Monday through Friday starting anytime between 7:30 am and 8:30 am or 5 pm Sat starting between 7:45 am and 8:30 am Sunday 8:45 am I will list a series of questions below. You do NOT need any experience in these areas. I’m just trying to learn more about your skills. Do you have any experience with proper weight lifting techniques? What do you think of OsteoStrong? Do you think it is effective? Do you have any special equipment? Let me know what experience you may have with any of these listed below: Strength Training Circuit Yoga & if you have experience which types of yoga Pilates PickleBall or Paddle Tennis Cardio Running or Jogging HIIT Weight Lifting CrossFit Somatics like Continuum, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique etc. Fitness Games or Sports to Make Exercise More Fun. If you have ideas or suggestions about making exercise more fun that would be of interest I’m just trying to ascertain things about your experience so that I may be able to give you more hours if you have other skills such as life coaching, any modalities with personal or spiritual development? Self Help Techniques etc. please share them with me. Please let me know any other trainings, experience you may have in any area of life. I look forward to learning more about you. Thank You
