Roofing: seeking a roofing crew to remove existing roof shingles and apply new architect shingles. It's a two story, gunshot style house. Roof shingles, underlayment, drip edge and ridge vent will be provided. Roofer to provide necessary labor, ladders, staging, tarps. and misc materials such as nails, flashing, and roof caulk. Looking for a quoted price to do described with optional price to remove stripped roof shingles/debris from premises vs having contractor leave a dumpster on site. This roof is ready to be worked on anytime it can be scheduled. There is a second house of similar size also in New Castle, PA that will need a new roof to be scheduled this fall 2022.
