We are looking for reliable maintenance workers! * Pay: $24+ per hour (DOE) * Shifts: Day shift (6am-2:30pm) or (7am-3:30pm) * Location: SE Clackamas Job Type: Temp to Perm (3 month probationary period/ very high rate of being hired on with company permanently full benefits will be given once hired on permanently Description: Responsibilities include ensuring all equipment in the facility including the computer room (Fire Alarm Systems, Generator, Boilers, A/C Units, Anhydrous Ammonia familiarity a plus, UPS System, UPS Batteries, Modular Power Units, Security System and Building Management System and Environmental Units) are on a preventative maintenance program and that tasks are being completed. Responsibilities: * Perform minor plumbing maintenance * Troubleshoot, repair, and service HVAC related equipment, compressor change out, motor replacement, leak detection, repair belts, filters, and drains. * Maintain machinery, equipment, and tools by cleaning, lubricating, greasing, oiling to ensure optimum working order. * Knowledge of the standard methods, practices principles, tools, and equipment used in a variety of trades. * Industrial plant maintenance experience preferred.
