OFFERING A SUBSTANSTIAL SIGN ON BONUS IS INCLUDED. You can start with little to no experience as paid training will be provided Starting pay rate: Assemblers $18/hr | Test Technicians $26+/hr DOE Substantial Sign On Bonus!! Shifts: All Available / Compressed schedule Night shifts gets an additional 15% Pay Differential 6 month pay increase / 12 month pay increase ENTRY LEVEL - WILL TRAIN Assemblers: Navigate computer-based work instructions to install parts and hardware using hand tools and fixtures if needed; on wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) in a Lean manufacturing clean-room environment. May serve as primary trainer for other assemblers on specific job functions. Responsibilities ● Performs all operations in Assembly but cannot perform final audit ● Cross trained in multiple work centers (e.g. Final Assembly, Sub Assembly, Feeder Bay, Preship, NPI, etc...) ● May be a lead assembler with assistance ● Trains other assemblers on specific job functions ● Models continuous improvement behaviors for peers. ● Write NCI"s and escalate issues to engineering ● Completes rework independently using appropriate equipment ● Provides documented feedback on work instructions through redline process ● Performs leak check with assistance ● Performs programming and/or Inline testing of designated assemblies (TUA specific) ● Effective written and verbal communication skills in English ● Provides information and responds in a timely manner to supervisors and co-workers by telephone/written form/e-mail/in person ● Actively participates in meetings and training ● Identify and communicate production issues both verbally and in writing ● Suggests continuous improvements by communicating verbally/in writing to appropriate groups/locations ● Communicates verbally and written system status during shift passdown Shift Details: Front End Day: Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday 5a-5:30p Back End Day: Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday 5a-5:30p Front End Nights: Sunday to Tuesday and every other Saturday 5p to 5:30a Back End Night: Wednesday to Friday and every other Saturday 5p to 5:30a Test Technicians: Pay Rate: $26+/hr. Duration: 2 years Shift: FED, BED,FEN, BEN (compressed schedule) Day Hours: 5am - 5:30pm Night Hours: 5pm- 5:30am We are seeking Production Test Technicians with junior to senior skill levels. Day & Night shift schedules, nights include a 15% pay differential. Lam's Production Test Technicians prepare technical reports and summarize findings related to technical problems experienced while testing and troubleshooting circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. May also assist in identifying deficiencies in processes/procedures and escalate production issues to lead technicians, supervisors and engineering, ensuring productivity goals are met. Other Job Responsibilities Work on multiple product types Participate in basic to semi-complex projects which require judgment and initiative and complete tasks in creative and effective ways, comprehend implications of work and make recommendations for solutions Verify configuration by utilizing sales order/bill-of-material (SAP); identify components on tool by visually inspecting the tool and reviewing the pass down; cross-reference with sister tools, utilizing all resources available Create detailed manufacturing tasks covering skipped steps, document abnormal conditions and tool reminder Setup specialized equipment by gathering required fixtures from on-the-floor shelves/storage bins Provide feedback on work instructions through established systems and processes Provide suggestions/improvements for testing by communicating in writing with Manufacturing and Test Engineers Document non-conformance issues (NCi's) and coordinate with stakeholders as required; identify issue/access traceability to determine how it should have been done; escalate as needed Complete all required safety training; follow safe work practices and adhere to personal and product safety guidelines at all times; support safe work environment by responding directly and quickly to unsafe practices Maintain a clean and organized workspace
