WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a highly motivated, self starter with excellent time management skills and able to still provide quality work and attentive customer service for our Roving Maintenance & Project Team. *Must be able to communicate effectively. *Must have a dependable work vehicle, (truck or van required) and your own basic hand tools. *Tasks include carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and texturing. Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical work, fencing, windows, siding, door replacement, appliance repair and installation. *Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, walk distances and able to lift up to 80lbs repeatedly. Majority of the apartment locations are in Vancouver and a few in Oregon as far south as Milwaukie. Paid fuel when traveling from property to property. Normal schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. On call work rarely but occasionly. Starting pay rate $20 - $24 an hour DOE Minimum of 5 years experience in construction and/or maintenace required. Please do not apply if you are not experienced in this industry. Requires working indoors and outdoors and all types of weather.
