Auto body Work - Cut Fenders To Fit Larger Tires

Hello, I need someone to come and do what is normally called a "NorCal Mod" which means cutting the fenders to fit larger tires. The goal is to have as much as possible clearance since the truck will be used for Off-Road and Street use. Instead of building a trophy truck I want something in between. Truck is a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ 4x4. I can come to you or you can come to my location and do this onsite. Here is the video of how to do the work:. MUST have experience doing body work. Possible extra work removing small dents but not sure yet.
