Bass and Drums looking for Guitar

My brother (drums) and I (bass & vocals) are new to Vancouver and are looking for a guitarist in order to play live music. We've been playing together for a while and are very committed and we released an album just before we moved over here but our experience playing live is lacking due to lack of opportunities in our old home. That's why we're here. I am 30 and my brother is 23 if that matters to you. We have plenty of original songs, and we're willing to learn your original songs as well. We're also down to do covers. I sing our original songs, but most of them would like backup singing, so if you sing that's great. Our style ranges from something like rock, to something like funk, and some singer/ songwriter stuff. It's really all over the place and we're willing to branch out into just about anything. We have a heavy emphasis on rhythm in most of what we play. We're currently looking for a space to practice so if you already have one that's a bonus. If you don't we'll just keep looking for one. We're looking for someone with good grasp of rhythm guitar mostly. Guitarists who have the sort of style we're looking for are like Andy Summers, John Frusciante, or Alex Lifeson.
