Hello Philly Area Videographers, I am seeking to hire a 2-person video team that is skilled in corporate events and trade shows, experienced, creative and professional, to assist with a technology convention I am photographing at the Philadelphia Convention Center on September 20 & 21, 2022 from about 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM each day (with breaks). It is important that you have shot and edited/ produced wrap-up and promo videos for medium and large-scale events like conventions and trade shows. Please be deadline-oriented and able to conduct yourself in a professional manner, with a good attitude and personality. Meals and parking will be provided; hotel room if needed. Here are the specs for this project: One videographer plus one cameraperson/assistant/producer/editor. Videographer equipped with full HD video package, including necessary audio and lighting equipment, post-production including editing to produce one 2-minute wrap-up video. With the assistance and direction of the client, schedule and shot list, videographer will capture footage of exhibit booths and expo hall, sponsors, branding and signage, demos, sessions, award presentations, speakers, audience interaction, attendee interaction, footage of equipment in operation, exhibitor, staff and attendee testimonial interviews, general overview footage of show floor and convention, and any other B-roll deemed necessary to complete the project.
