Cut overgrown greenery and pull weeds

I have a small carport, front patio and side of townhome that needs overgrown greenery and weeds cut back. A weed eater can do the job with a little more detail on the weeds coming up through my patio rocks. (Should I get some weed killer?) Trimmings will need to be bagged and hauled away. Looking for someone this Sat or Sun. This opportunity could turn into a more routine gig.
