Well-established, family-run home improvement company looking to hire installers for roofing & siding jobs in the Pittsfield, MA area with 3-5 yrs. of roofing/siding experience (preferred). Requirements: • Should own basic hand tools (but not required to apply) • Reliable transportation to/from job site • 18+ yrs. old • Ability to withstand & work-in the winter cold & summer heat- Proper attire is a MUST. • Must be willing to build-upon current knowledge of the trade • Must be able to work as part of a fast-paced team, as well as independently Work Hours: weekdays (M-F) 8:00am - 4:30pm* *Reflects an average workday; Hours vary by job, location & season. Employment Types: • Full-time/ Year-round (All-Weather) • 1/2 Days (8a-1p) • By-the-Job Compensation: Good pay based-on experience. Opportunity for pay increase after 2 wks based-on dependability and performance; Paid weekly.
