Pay ranging from $15.50 - $19.00 to start, depending on position. These positions are PERMANENT and FULL TIME, NOT A TEMPORARY JOB. After probationary period ends with Employment Solutions, applicant can be eligible to be hired on permanently at Specialty Tires of America when qualifications are met. Once being hired permanently, and a minimum of 3 months of service have been met, you become eligible for participation in our Blue Cross / Blue Shield Medical coverage. After 6 months you become eligible for company paid holidays and Life and Accident Insurance. After one year you become eligible for vacation pay and can enroll in our 401-K program.
