I have poor health and a heart condition so I need help with a few things, I have 3 small plant shelves that need to be put together and the recycle boxes carried out to trash when you are done. I cannot turn the tool that was sent with I do not have the strength. But I know you will need a drill with a small bit because when I tried I found one of the pre-drilled holes is crooked so you cannot screw in the hole. All 3 shelves the reviews said they put together in minutes, LOL. I also need help rolling out a new area rug and moving a couple things so we can. And lastly I bought a new mattress for my medical bed, it is not too heavy but it is awkward because it is thin and stuffed with some foam I think, but I have stairs and I cannot lift much due to my condition there is no way I can bring it up the stairs to my room, then my old one needs to be carried down the stairs to a car. I live in Everett off Madison Street. I will be out for an medical appointment this afternoon but I will respond as soon as I can.
