Production Member Express has partnered with a local Sea Food Producer in Anacortes. We are recruiting for Several Production members to join their team. We are looking for hard working candidates that are ready to be trained. Location: Anacortes Pay: $17.50 Schedule: Day Shift /Swing Shift Responsibilities: • Applying and washing off cures • Running the fish smokers • Moving fish from smokers to coolers • Cleaning and sanitation and conducting a final walk-through so the plant is ready for the following morning • Keeping accurate records • Identifying and separating non-conforming or sub-standard • Performing air and water thawing using appropriate procedures • Responsible for daily removal of all processing trash, corrugated cardboard, and chemical drums • Complying with Company’s designated processing practices • Responsible for following the food safety guidelines set out in the Food Safety Manual Physical Requirements • Continuous standing up 2 hour periods at a time • Frequent walking • Continuous movement/lifting with both arms up to 20 lbs. • Occasional movement/lifting with both arms up to 30 lbs • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance • Full range of motion for frequent pushing, pulling, twisting, stooping, reaching, grasping and repetitive movements • Stability to stand and walk on wet production floors • Fine finger & manual dexterity using both hands in order to cut, inspect, scoop, and manually move or place product • Exertion of force on and against the product for process flow Work Environment • Facility environment with temperatures ranging from -18ºF to 80ºF • Wet and dry surfaces APPLY TODAY!
