IMMEDIATE OPENING at Security Contractor Services, Inc. (SCS). SCS is a Fencing Manufacturer & Distribution Company and is currently searching for a Yard Foreman reporting to the Rental Manager, at our Federal Way, WA office. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Manages daily yard operations, as well as working in the yard to assist customers with Will Calls, loading and unloading product on/off the trucks, staging product for next day deliveries, repairing fence panels, etc. • Monitor and maintain a clean yard environment. • Manages inventory levels of product and supplies in the yard. • Must have a good, clean driving record to drive company pick-up trucks. • Perform incidental work assignments as directed. • Assistant with loading and unloading trucks. • Able to operate a forklift. Qualifications • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. • Chain Link Fence knowledge, highly preferred. • Must have clean driving record. • Physically able to lift 75 lbs. repetitively. • Able to work on one’s feet for an extended period of time. • Must be able to work overtime. • Must be detail oriented while still being able to work quickly and with safety as a top concern.
