Need help loading Uhaul

I have 2, 10x5 storage units. I need help loading items into a uhaul. Items are U-Haul boxes, heavy trunk, Q mattress and box spring, L shape couch which has Q bed.. couch is extremely heavy I`moved to 2nt story in apts. If it can not be lifted I'm just going to sell.
