Need window replaced

I need to replace a damaged double hung window. The window is 48-3/4" wide by 60" high, as measured on the outside of the house. I am looking for someone to measure, purchase, and install the new window. This only needs to be a basic vinyl window; I will be selling the house in the next year or two so I don't need a high quality window. Feel free to contact me with any additional questions.
