Garage Magic is hiring Experienced Installers! SIGN ON BONUS for 2 plus Year of Verifiable Experience! Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Able to manage and lead a crew of one other installer. Assists with assigned responsibilities such as installation and performing general maintenance. Loads and unloads trucks, equipment and tools. Measure and mix materials necessary for the job. Reads and follows product instructions and application guides. Tarp off customers personal items Double check jobsite measurements. Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times by sweeping, cleaning and removing trash. Works effectively with others and takes direction as necessary. Maintains and ensures the secure possession of all company property, tools, equipment and materials at all times.* Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures. Reports any problems or discrepancies to management. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Dependable and reliable Desire to learn Ability to work varying schedule occasionally working up to 12 hours per day or on the weekends. Must have common sense Must be teachable and trainable Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. Certificates and Licenses: Valid Driver's License Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
