Dog Bather/Brusher/Nail Trimmer

A small, boutique pet care facility is looking for a part time Bather/Brusher/Nail Tech. This position will aid the owner with duties for pets in Daycare and Boarding. Pay is $17 per hour Days: Wednesday and Friday, 2 hours each day Time: Afternoons (flexible) Duties include: • Brushing and desensitizing dogs to get them used to being groomed • Trimming and Dremeling dog's nails • Occasional bathing but not regularly • Some light scissor trimming, again just to get the dog used to being groomed. • No heavy duty grooming is required Applicant must have a genuine, loving care for pets and you must be comfortable around dogs of all sizes. You must be physically fit to do the work. We are looking for mature, dependable people who are self starters and can work independently. Previous experience in a pet care facility (Grooming, Vet office, Rescue, Daycare, Boarding or Training) is preferred but not required.
