Our growing company is seeking to hire a shipper to join our team. The shipping personnel is responsible for packaging automotive parts in accordance with ReveMoto standards to prevent any damages. You will be responsible for making sure the correct part is shipped to the correct customer. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, able to learn quickly, and have great communication skills. You will be able to stand for hours at a time and be able to meet daily goals set by the manager. We work with the automotive industry’s leading manufacturers and dealers to get our customers' most competitive prices while maintaining excellent, quality standards. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Shipper Responsibilities: Job hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday • Follow process given without deviation unless discussed with management • Work efficiently in a fast pace environment • Know the different types of automotive parts • Look over item(s) for any Quality control issues or damages. • Securely package and box every part to prevent any damages during transit. • Be familiar with different couriers being utilized to select an appropriate one to ship an item • Able to work with air-powered tools utilized in the packaging process • Use of safety gear at all times in the department • Accountable for upkeeping all equipment assigned • Order materials that are needed • Keep a clean and organized workstation • Record and note issues daily on parts worked on • Troubleshoot issues that arise • Average a minimum of 12 parts daily Shipper Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent • Basic computer skills (Word, Email, Google docs, etc…) • Physically able to stand and bend for hours at a time • Lift up to 60 pounds • Communicates well with others • High attention to detail • Follow Process to the T • Positive and eager to learn attitude
