To work on projects on our house about 30-40 hours per week. Projects are: Exterior/interior painting and concrete repair - this requires experience. Let us know if you have this experience. building garden sheds with concrete slab repairing a flat rubber roof replacing sliding glass doors putting up fencing replacing plumbing fixtures landscaping projects It would also be helpful if you could do riding lawnmower repairs If you don't have all these skills you may still be apply.
