Hello I am seeking experienced concrete/masonry installers who could help me get a simple 40'x14' stem wall foundation installed by the end of October for a manufactured home. I have the Excavating covered already as well as possible access to forms, just need help with setting forms, rebar, and pouring. Looking for some people who maybe want side work or need the work otherwise. I do have some people to help so if I could find someone who is willing to help us, I do have some foundation work experience as well. all the contractors we have called are all booked up till next year so looking for experienced individuals or a small crew that wants a weekend side job. can give details on the foundation if interested. I am unsure of how late in the yr concrete can be poured but the house is being delivered at the end of November so as long as the foundation can be in by then we will be ok. please let me know if you are able to help.
