RK Development, LLC. has an immediate opening for Maintenance Supervisor with experience doing basic building repair and up-keep. In this position, the Maintenance Supervisor will supervise and assist maintenance team with installs, maintains, and repairs to the facility building structures and systems, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical wiring, fixtures, machinery, equipment, electronics, vehicles and grounds. Responsibilities Include: Install, maintain and repair various types of equipment Repair locks and other security devices Preform general preventative maintenance and corrective repair Assist in moving equipment and furniture as requested Maintain lighting/air conditioning filters, ceiling vents, etc. When necessary, assist with snow and ice removal Basic building repair like, drywall, changing tiles, and minor electrical and plumbing Responsible for all maintenance of any and all commercial and/or residential buildings owned and operated by Keith & Associates, Inc. Make recommendations to Building Manager and/or Owners after visual inspections of any and all commercial and/or residential building(s) owned and operated by Keith and Associates, Inc. Assists Building Managers in job functions as required Follow all OSHA and other safety protocols Required: 1 year of construction, maintenance, or labor work experience Must be able to pass background and drug test Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team Must be able to report to the work location regularly and on time Must be able to work successfully with a diverse group of staff and the public Must have own transportation to and from work Must have stable work history Must be able to read tape measure RK Development, LLC. maintains a ninety (90) day probationary period for all new employees. A performance evaluation will be conducted at the end of an employee’s probationary period, to discuss job responsibilities, standards, performance requirements and further employment status with the company. Salary: 19-20/hr. based on experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
