We have an immediate opening for a motivated maintenance person to join our team. This is a full time position and the typical hours may include 2nd shift, weekends and weekdays. Shifts are 8am to 4pm and 4pm to midnight. You must have a valid drivers license in good standing. There is no down season for us, we will keep you busy all year. Furniture repair, exterior work, interior work with T&G, windows, hot tubs, electrical, plumbing, etc a plus. You are really a jack of all trades in this position. It is never boring and you will always be busy. You must not be afraid to work. If you are too good to get your hands dirty, then you are not a good fit and do not reply. If you feel you lack a little experience in some areas then motivation and professionalism can make the difference to get this job. Please include a resume and/or list of qualifications.
