After 1 year of continuous employment: Profit-Sharing bonus every 6 months. 401k with contribution matching up to 5% Minimum Requirements for Drivers: Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid DL for at least 2 years No more than 2 traffic violations in the past 2 years.
