Maintenance Tech Job Summary: Provide repairs and maintenance work in public and tenants spaces. Desired skills: • Basic electrical, plumbing, drywall and HVAC repair and maintenance. Certification and/or training in these trades a plus Job description: • General building repairs to include painting, ceiling tiles replacement, plumbing, lighting fixture repair, etc. • Maintenance items including trash pick-up, minor snow removal/shoveling, tree trimming, rooftop unit maintenance and drain cleaning, etc. • Special projects as assigned • Ability to effectively communication with Property Management team and tenants • Reliable attendance • Provide emergency and after-hours building and parking lot coverage on an on-call basis as assigned Position is defined as full-time with up to 40 hours of regular time employment per week. Schedule may include weekday, evening, and weekend hours.
