We don't know what the results of reclaimed Government material will show. Trump already released 15 boxes of Government property. He took over a year to do that but refused to release the rest. The ex president had been dealing with the Government on returning the rest - he ignored a supeona this spring --- that's why the Government took the action to get a search and seizure warrant. The FBI took the legal action of serving the warrant and doing a legal search for Government Documents. This was acknowledged by ex president Trump. By acknowledging the fact that the FBI retrieved Government property -- Donald Trump acknowledged he illegally took Government property and refused to return it. That's a crime. If there are Classified documents in any of the retrieved documents ( including the documents he returned before the legal search this time -- that's a more serious crime). That's as simple as it gets. Admittedly Donald Trump took Government property and refused to give it back. Not a few momentos from the Office but boxes and boxes of documents. The DOJ did what was necessary to get stolen Government property back.
