we live in Colonnades 55 park- off Pipkin Rd. most likely he's in our Colonnades neighborhood- so if any one lives here and sees him- his names Charlie- We Love him like a family member- he's skinny as a rail- He eats wet food everyday and limitless dry food but never gains the weight- he's very good natured- no collar
