Carpenter: make ready rental trailer in Bastrop

Hiring a carpenter and finish guy to make ready a rental trailer in Bastrop. My cleaner cleaned it out but left some things incomplete. Need to sand and fill and stain/poly some scratched wood doors and paneling. Replace two window screens. Replace a metal panel in the door. Steam clean the small love seat. Move firewood. Mow and rake and clean outside. Final clean. This is about a day of work. Pay: $200 to $300 depending on what we need to do.
