I need a landscaping helper

Good morning. I realized today I am not in shape LOL. I need a part-time helper which will turn into full time. This is all the tools that I got so you won't be doing anything crazy. I might have to get a wheelbarrow if we have to spread mulch, but this is basic yard work. I'd like someone who's really good at edging the sidewalks and driveways. I can sell jobs really well with my company that I've owned for the past 10+ years but I need a couple workers who are detail oriented. We start right at 8:00 a.m. and are usually finished by 2:00 sometimes 4:00 at the latest, but I like to be wrapped up with everything by 2:00. I'll pay you $20 to $30 per hour based on what jobs you get completed that day. Some days you might make $120 some days you might make $180. I pay by the job based on what I sell it for and it really boils down to you and how quick and efficient you are at completing these jobs. I try to put on $300 to $400 worth of work per day. I charge $375 for most yard cleanups and I'm happy to pay $180 for a job completed like this. I have a shop where I pick up my tools in the morning 7:00 a.m. in Goose Creek and I am at my first job site in Mount Pleasant and James Island before 8:00 a.m. if you want to meet me at the shop or if you want to meet me at the job site is fine.
