Cat Sanctuary Urgently Needed

Elderly woman who is desperately overwhelmed seeks sanctuary/protected rehoming for her cats. These are unsocialized/feral cats that have adopted her or been dropped off by strangers over the years. The local shelter is swamped and not an available resource. Discussions have been had with them and they would euthanize many. The neighbors do not tolerate the outdoor cats and call animal control frequently. We are out of options but she wants very much to save these cats. Most of them are already neutered and all are well. 10 are outdoor cats, 15+ are indoor cats. The indoor cats have been exposed to feline leukemia in the past but none are ill. Please, can someone provide some concrete help for her and these cats??
