Looking for a helper with experience in remodeling type work. Examples: Painting, pressure washing, trash outs, mowing, building decks and other types of contractor type work. You don't have to know how to do this alone but need some experience doing this type of work so I don't have to tell you how to do everything and the finished job looks good. *Majority of work will be in Richmond or Madison County. *Must have your own transportation. If you do not have transportation and it's going to be a challenge for you to get to the job site everyday please do not reply. We have work to get done and can't deal with this everyday. *Must be reliable. I cannot work with someone that works one day and takes off four. When we have a job that has to be done and you don't show up I can't get the job done on time as I have told the customer I would. * Most weeks will be Monday through Friday but there may be a rush job that calls for Saturday work. Sundays off. * Pay will be based on your experience but at least $12.00 up to $15.00 to start based on your skills and reliability to show up everyday and do quality work. If you know what you're doing and show up everyday pay will be more. **Please do not tell me you know how to paint or pressure wash or whatever and you don't know how just to get the higher pay. Once you're on the job I'm going to know that you don't know what you're doing and it just wastes a lot of time and makes it harder on us all. Been through this scenario too many times.
