We currently are selling our home and need to clean out the attic of everything including household items, boxes and miscellaneous items. We are looking for at minimum 2 people to hire for this job. 3 would be better then I would be the 4th. Our house is a one level rancher with an opening and ladder to the attic so there are no steps!
Here is the main idea of how this will work:
1. The person(s) in the attic bring the items to the access spot and pass them down to the ground person(s).
2. As the person(s) on the ground receives the items, we'll be separating the items into one of three categories; junk(right in the dumpster), items to keep and items to sell.
It's basically that simple.
Keep in mind that it is summer and the attic is pretty hot.
Pay is $25/cash per hour per per person. We estimate about 3-4 hours of work but its hard to really know since there will be breaks being taken because of the heat.
The preferred time/date of job is Saturday August 13th at 9:00AM or Sunday August 14th at 9:00AM.
