Keys Found Under 8th St Bridge a Month Ago

8th Street near 8th Avenue, Huntington WV

Keys were found under 8th Street Bridge near 8th Avenue (8th and 8th) on sidewalk about a month ago. There is a security key and house key on it. The key chain is unique and you must describe it in your response or I will not reply. I am being a good citizen and someone does want this key set back (very likely).
