Person needed to install new central air A/C unit to single family house with existing central air controller. This job is labor only. Parts will be provided. You will be expected to bring all necessary tools, provide your own transportation, and leave the work area clean. Single family house in Jersey City already has central heat and ducts/vents, but needs a new A/C condenser and evaporator coil installed. Previous A/C condenser and evaporator coil have already been removed. You will install the new condenser onto an exterior mat, install the evaporator coil inside the existing air handler UPFLOW with a 21” cabinet, run the hose between the condenser and the evaporator coil, install the exterior AC disconnect box, and connect the electric wire to the service disconnect. The house already has 290 available 30 amp circuit breakers and line (leftover from the previous A/C system). The new condenser is a new 3 ton Goodman and will be installed on an exterior rubber mat. Goodman 3 Ton 13 SEER Air Conditioner Condenser with R410A Refrigerant Model: GSX130361 The evaporator coil is uncased and will be installed UPFLOW in the existing air controller 21” cabinet. Goodman 3 Tons Air Conditioner Evaporator Uncased Coil Model#: CAUFA3526B6 The hose will run approx 20 feet. This is an easy job for anyone experienced with HVAC systems.
