Im looking for a reliable handyman I can use for 6 apartments I own in jacksonville fl, I would like to find someone who can do a bit of everything and is available for jobs that I need done as they come up, such as trash outs and apartment unit turnovers. Im looking for someone who has basic experience with dry wall, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and so on.
I am also looking for a local landscaping company to mow two lots for me, looking to pay a set monthly rate, after factoring in some seasons less/more mowing is required. Im looking to pay an average of $30-35 per mow and have them done on average every 14-21 days. Something around $60 per month for each lot would work for me.
