The Day Porter is responsible for taking care of the general appearance of the building and carrying out cleaning duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Clean and supply designated building areas, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning team rooms and restrooms. Perform and document routine inspection activities. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or repair needs. Stock and maintain supply rooms. Cooperate with the rest of the staff. Follow all health and safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned by management. What we offer: $14/hr starting pay PTO (at 120 days) Telemedicine (at 120 days) Dental insurance (at 120 days) Vision insurance (at 120 days) Requirements: Minimum 2 years of commercial janitorial services experience (experience will be verified) Previous knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Must be able to squat, bend, twist, stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to legally work in the United States Must pass a background check Must be at least 21 years of age Must be comfortable working alone with little direction Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Masks may be required at certain times.
