Found black/white dog

8/11 I had an injured dog found on my farm. I took him to the vet where they treated his wounds. He is on pain meds and antibiotics gave him his dewormer, gave him his flea and tick medication. He is an intact approx. 5yr old male and my older dog does not like him. I cannot keep him it wouldnt be fair. I need to surrender him somewhere please.
