All Star Labor & Staffing is seeking 3 maintenance technicians for an Albany property maintenance company. Pay: $18/hr Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm (or 7am-3:30pm.) Seeking candidates with previous construction experience. Duties include: Plumbing, flooring installation, drywall repair and installation, on-call rotation (when hired on full-time), inspections and repairs on all rental units, full home remodels, tile installation, appliance troubleshooting and repair, and much more. Preferred carpentry experience: Rough and finish carpentry experience; drywall repair and installation, laminate/ LVP flooring installation, tile installation, trim installation; Formica countertops, cabinets, backsplash tile, staining, painting, etc. Other preferred experience: Basic plumbing, electrical and appliance troubleshooting, installing light fixtures, changing faucets, replacing sinks and garbage disposals, HVAC, appliance troubleshooting repair and replacement. The more widespread experience the better as they have a variety of repairs and maintenance. Minimum requirements: Someone with 1-2 years maintenance/finish carpentry experience, willing to be trained to be a full-time maintenance team member. This person will perform a diverse amount of carpentry work on all the properties under the clients management.
