GENERAL LABOR Work at a beautiful locations in Tucson Days and hours are somewhat flexible. Typically Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Satuarday, Sunday Must have own transportation to travel to and from location. (far Eastside Tucson) Pickup Truck is beneficial Must have your own cell phone. We are looking for someone that can do a multitude of jobs and is very flexible willing to a lot of different kinds of work. Experienced landscaper very desired. Qualified applicant will be hard working, and must be reliable. Also must speak English and have a valid driver's license. Please apply only if the following applies to you: ----- You are looking for long-term employment ----- You want to learn and grow POSITION SUMMARY: COMPENSATION: Pay commensurate on experience STATUS: 30 hours or more a week DRIVER'S LICENSE: Required LANGUAGE: English Required, Bilingual desirable POSITION REQUIREMENTS, JOB DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Both day time work and evening. Looking for someone who can help with landscaping etc. LANDSCAPE duties include but are not limited to trimming, weeding, mowing, raking, debris removal. Employee must be quality focused and have the ability to work at an efficient pace. Position is physically demanding requiring employees to perform repetitive bending, stretching, stooping, lifting, etc. GOLF CART DRIVER. Also working evenings as a golf cart driver to shuttle people for evening events and weddings. Must be willing to be flexible, do many different jobs, be handy at fixing things, etc. - Follow directions - Pay attention to details - Report on time every day - Work safely and efficiently - Communicate clearly and regularly - Understand and adhere to company policies - Lift up to 80 lbs. from the ground to waist level frequently - Push/pull up to 80 lbs. - Bend and twist to ground level - Walk at a brisk pace while performing duties - Conform to dress codes and safety policies - Complete assigned tasks in a safe, efficient and professional manner consistent with established time frames - Be polite to clients and co-workers - Understand that this position is outdoors and will expose to temperature extremes from over 110 degrees in the summer to below freezing in the winter Maintenance *This job description includes, but is not limited to, the items on the list above.
