I have found 13 stray abandoned kittens from different 4 stray mother cats in my neighborhood. People keep dropping their no longer wanted cats in our neighborhood and I'm trying to trap them and get them fixed. PACC (which was full capacity of cats kittens last time I checked), loans humane traps at no charge and vets in Tucson volunteer their time, skills and resources to spay and neuter these homeless kittens and cats at no charge. My neighbor across the street is planning to trap kittens and mother cats and drop them in someone else's neighborhood to be rid of the flood of kittens. I am trying to stop that and get all of the cats and kittens fixed and into good homes. Tucson is becoming flooded with people breeding kittens and puppies and other people are cruelly dumping them where they either get eaten by coyotes, ran over or become dehydrated.
