Helping with footer digging and framing style construction

I am not a company its just me. A person doing work on their home. I need help. Next week, We will remove my floor boards, and then doing some digging underneath my house. Removing the floor boards is generally easy, they are rotten and can be pulled up with little effort. Also, there is only one old layer of flooring boards. All other layers of flooring has already been removed. The floor joist are approximately 26 inches apart. After simple floor remove We will be digging out a 36 inch wide x 12 inch deep by 30 foot long trench from front to back. The purpose is to allow for a small new footer to be added. We will be standing the 90% of the time and covered in shade. The AC will be running to help but, it will still be hot. After this task is complete there is some basic framing work to do. Add/fix some joists etc. Also, there will probably a few runs to the dump to throw away trash. Must have your own transportation to Key West. Can pick you up/drop you off on the island if needed. If person is interested and does a good job will ask for follow on help. No drugs or alcohol allowed. Normal humans/teenagers welcome, no skills expected.
