The Summit offers a relevant agenda driven by inspiring industry experts. All food and drinks are provided. 9:15 – 9:45 a.m. WELCOME & INTRODUCTIONS Look forward to a few words from our speakers, sponsors and community partners, each of whom are dedicated to health and well-being in our communities – including our workplaces! 9:45 – 10:45 a.m. WELLNESS AT WORK: Session 1 Cultivating Better Health & Greater Happiness Katy Tombaugh, Founder & CEO | Wellness Collective Many people will agree that everyone wins with better health and greater happiness. Where uncertainty may remain is just how to best nurture these outcomes within individuals, amongst groups and within communities. While human motivation and behavior remain at times complex, some of the solutions for improved well-being need not be. This session reveals a variety of models and methods to consider when working to positively impact your most important contributors – the people within your workplace. 10:45 – 11 a.m. SELF-CARE BREAK 11 – 12:15 p.m. WELLNESS AT WORK: Session 2 Psychological Safety in the Workplace Lara Uher, LISW-S & Mental Health Specialist | Wellness Collective In this session, we seek to create understanding around psychological safety in the workplace: what it is, the risk factors impacting it and the warning signs that warrant attention and immediate response. Additionally, we’ll explore how to build resiliency by incorporating preventative factors for employees and the workplace community. This session is intended to create a safe space to investigate how to best support care, safety, security and overall mental health in the workplace. 12:15 – 1 p.m. LUNCH & SELF-CARE BREAK 1 – 2:30 p.m. WELLNESS AT WORK: Session 3 Maximizing Morale Various Speakers & Panel Discussion Let this group discussion be your guide for layering the workday with more light (positivity), laughter and lifted spirits. This session explores a variety of specific solutions for lightening/lifting the mood of a room, inviting laughter and instilling some special new norms that are fun, meaningful and effective for strengthening optimism and enthusiasm. 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. HEALTHY HOUR Networking Happy Hour & Idea Exchange This special time is reserved for healthy treats, mocktails, wine spritzers and, perhaps most importantly, meaningful conversation and connection.
